About the Programme
The AGEIC Internship Programme is a structured, short-term professional learning experience designed for university students who are eager to gain practical exposure in an engineering and industrial construction environment.
Interns are integrated into active project teams, guided by experienced professionals, and encouraged to learn through direct involvement, collaboration, and reflection - all while adhering to applicable UAE labour regulations.
This programme is crafted to be educational, engaging, and career-enriching, providing interns with real-world insight into the engineering and construction industry and preparing them for future professional opportunities.
Who Can Apply
We welcome applications from motivated students who meet the following criteria:
Currently enrolled in a university or higher education institution (local or international)
Able to provide an official university request letter or No Objection Certificate (NOC) confirming:
Aged 18 years or above

Supervision & Learning Experience
Every intern at AGEIC receives structured support throughout the programme to ensure a valuable and engaging experience:
- A dedicated supervisor provides ongoing mentorship and day-to-day guidance, helping you navigate tasks and develop professionally.
- A mid-programme review allows you and your mentor to assess progress toward your learning objectives and refine focus areas as needed.
- A final evaluation offers constructive feedback on your performance and areas of growth.
- Interns complete a short reflection report or presentation at the end of the programme to summarise key lessons and insights gained.

Any serious misconduct may result in early termination of the internship.
Completion & Certification
Upon successful completion of the programme, interns will receive an official Certificate of Internship outlining:
- Internship duration
- Assigned department
- Summary of learning experience
Please note that participation in the internship does not guarantee future employment or visa sponsorship.
